We seek menu inspiration worldwide. For nibbles, get a trio of Middle Eastern spreads with home-made herbed pita crisps. Pair honey-edged BEEZcotti with nutty, tangy cheeses like aged gouda, fresh goat or creamy blues. For “dinner substitute” serve light-as-a-cloud Thai sticky rice crisps and Southeast Asian salads; translucent, Fresh Spring Rolls with exciting fillings like minced Balinese chicken; soft and crusty coconut rice dumplings; smoky hot Pepita-Tomato Pinwheels with chipotle chilies and lime. We also research and develop regional menus for your event’s unique cultural coordinates.
Our bountiful platters feature Trill catering exclusives (Chocolate tipped tea cookies, Tahini shortbread, Espresso-walnut honey squares) plus bite-sized versions of all Trill cookies, several of which are now available wheat free. Exotic sweets — e.g. coconut-mango sticky rice rolls and colorful, layered fruit jellies — can further diversify the mix.
Chocolate Leaf Tortes make sensational centerpieces for your dessert spread. They are always wheat-free.
Catering starts at $3.50/pp ($35 minimum) for cookies on ready-to-serve compostable rounds that you can put on the table or on your own platters. We can add boxed coffee or tea service.
You may pick up your platters at our Belmont kitchen, or we can deliver within a 5 mile radius for $15-$50, depending on the size of your order. If not, we will recommend a courier service.
